Sara’s project aims at exploring the role of Kupffer cells in the transtition from MASLD to HCC in the presence or absence of cirrhosis using human biopsies as wells as transgenic mouse models. According to the panel members: “The candidate gave a very clear and enthousisastic presentation of the project. She answered acurately to questions and demonstrated strong knowledge about her project specificities and scientific culture in general.”
